Responsibilities
- Architect and drive the comprehensive 2026 AI technology roadmap.
- Identify and evaluate emerging AI trends, translating them into strategic business initiatives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align AI capabilities with long-term corporate goals.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of machine learning engineers and researchers.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of 2026-ready AI models.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the ROI of AI investments.
- Represent the company at top-tier industry conferences and thought-leadership events.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or AI engineering.
- Proven track record of successfully launching large-scale machine learning or AI products.
- Deep understanding of next-generation AI architectures, including LLMs, RAG, and autonomous systems.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience guiding cross-functional technical teams.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Willingness to work onsite in our San Francisco headquarters.
