Responsibilities
- Architect and drive the overarching 2026 AI technology roadmap in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to identify high-impact areas for AI and machine learning integration.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and paradigms to ensure our tech stack remains industry-leading.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of AI engineers and data scientists.
- Oversee the end-to-end deployment of scalable, secure, and ethical AI models into production environments.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and ROI of strategic AI initiatives.
- Represent the company at top-tier industry conferences and technology summits focused on 2026 tech trends.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully launching large-scale machine learning or AI products.
- Deep technical understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), neural networks, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and a forward-thinking mindset oriented toward 2026 market trends.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area.
