Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the comprehensive 2026 AI and machine learning technology roadmap.

- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies, including advanced LLMs and autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align AI initiatives with overarching business goals.
- Establish and enforce strict ethical AI guidelines and governance frameworks.
- Oversee the seamless transition of AI models from research and development into robust production environments.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML leadership.
- Deep technical expertise in modern AI architectures, generative AI, and large language models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of successfully scaling AI products from concept to enterprise-level deployment.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and regulatory compliance in the United States.
