Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the comprehensive 2026 AI and machine learning product roadmap.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of AI engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align AI initiatives with overarching business goals.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI, for seamless integration into our core platforms.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI development, model governance, and data security.
- Partner with product and marketing teams to ensure successful go-to-market strategies for new AI-driven features.
- Monitor industry trends to ensure FutureForge remains at the absolute forefront of technological innovation through 2026 and beyond.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused specifically on AI/ML strategy and architecture.
- Deep understanding of modern AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling machine learning models in a production environment.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with a forward-looking perspective on where the tech industry is heading by 2026.
- Experience working in fast-paced, agile startup or high-growth tech environments.
