Responsibilities
- Define and champion the overarching AI strategy and product roadmap through 2026.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and marketing teams to bring futuristic AI solutions to market.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify emerging AI trends, ensuring proactive strategic positioning.
- Present strategic initiatives and quarterly progress reports to the executive board and key stakeholders.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact and ROI of next-generation AI initiatives.
- Foster a culture of innovation, mentoring junior strategists and product managers in advanced tech methodologies.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or AI development.
- Proven track record of launching successful, large-scale software or AI products.
- Deep understanding of machine learning, generative AI, and neural network architectures.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience operating and scaling teams in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments.
