Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the comprehensive 2026 AI and Machine Learning roadmap.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align AI initiatives with overarching business goals.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, including next-gen LLMs and quantum machine learning, for strategic integration.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of data scientists and AI engineers.
- Establish ethical AI guidelines and ensure compliance with upcoming 2026 federal and global tech regulations.
- Drive cross-functional partnerships to accelerate product innovation and time-to-market.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Deep understanding of next-generation AI architectures and scalable cloud deployment strategies.
- Proven track record of driving multi-year technology roadmaps from conception to launch.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience navigating regulatory landscapes and implementing responsible, ethical AI frameworks.
