Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions that enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to define feature requirements.
- Participate in a structured rotational program across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure teams.
- Write clean, maintainable, and highly efficient code while adhering to industry best practices.
- Engage in peer code reviews to foster a culture of continuous learning and quality assurance.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and propose innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, with an expected graduation date in Spring/Summer 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Familiarity with web frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js) or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
