Responsibilities
- Architect and roadmap 2026+ digital transformation initiatives using next-gen technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, spatial web)
- Lead cross-functional squads in developing prototype ecosystems with 10-year scalability frameworks
- Establish ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems and sentient AI integration
- Drive innovation sprints with global R&D partners to pioneer human-machine symbiosis models
- Translate complex technological possibilities into stakeholder narratives and investment opportunities
- Curate the annual 'Future Horizons' summit showcasing breakthrough technologies for 2026+
- Champion sustainable and inclusive design principles in all digital innovation outputs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in digital strategy or technology innovation with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Expertise in emerging tech stack: quantum computing, generative AI, spatial computing, or neuro-interfaces
- Proven track record of scaling digital products to global markets with >$100M impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futures Studies preferred
- Published research in IEEE ACM or similar on human-technology symbiosis
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ projects with 10+ year technological foresight
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq) or neuro-symbolic AI frameworks
- Deep understanding of ISO 42001 (AI Management) and IEEE 7001 (Ethical AI) standards
