Responsibilities

- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies including Spatial Computing, Generative AI, and Web3.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to prototype future-ready solutions.
- Conduct market research to forecast tech trends and maintain our competitive edge through 2026.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align emerging tech initiatives with overarching business goals.
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading tech innovators and startups.
- Present quarterly tech-vision reports to the board of directors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or tech strategy.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative, high-tech products to market.
- Deep technical understanding of AI/ML, AR/VR, and cloud-native architectures.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex tech into business value.
- Strong network within the Silicon Valley tech ecosystem.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly innovative startup environment.
