Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures capable of supporting 2026-level workloads.
- Lead the development of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative agents.
- Optimize model inference pipelines for real-time latency and cost efficiency.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Research emerging technologies in Neural Networks and Quantum Computing interfaces.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning engineering or Applied AI.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Vector Databases.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models.
