Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with $50M+ annual budgets, prioritizing breakthrough innovations with global impact potential
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, CERN, and ISO standards bodies to shape next-gen tech frameworks
- Develop patent portfolios for sustainable tech solutions addressing climate resilience and resource optimization
- Present visionary roadmaps to Fortune 500 clients and governmental bodies, driving multi-million dollar adoption
- Mentor a team of 12+ PhD researchers and industry specialists through quarterly innovation sprints
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Futurology with 8+ years in C-suite tech strategy
- Proven track record of launching paradigm-shifting products (3+ unicorn exits or billion-dollar IPOs)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum machine learning, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Published author in Nature or IEEE journals with ≥15 peer-reviewed papers on exponential technologies
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement across APAC and MENA markets
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Delphi Method) with 10+ case studies
- Security clearance eligibility for collaboration with national innovation labs
