- Conduct competitive analysis of global 2026-tech landscape and patent landscapes
- Develop commercialization strategies for experimental technologies with $10M+ potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present visionary blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging technology forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record in launching at least two breakthrough tech products/services
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence domains
- Strong background in scenario planning and technology forecasting frameworks
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 technology predictions with 80%+ accuracy
