Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Architect strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present future-vision briefings to investors and executive stakeholders
- Manage a $5M innovation fund for experimental tech incubation
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology readiness for 2026 adoption
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or climate tech
