Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-year strategic roadmap aligning emerging technologies (quantum AI, biotech, Web4) with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in decentralized systems and neural interfaces
- Establish KPI frameworks for tech adoption ROI and innovation velocity
- Partner with C-suite to secure $50M+ annual innovation budget allocation
- Build and lead a 15-person 'Future Prototyping Lab' with agile methodologies
- Represent the company at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Drive patent portfolio expansion targeting 50+ filings by 2026
- Architect ethical AI frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling tech teams to 100+ across multiple geographies
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, and quantum computing ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in journals like Nature Technology or MIT Sloan
- Successful P&L management for $100M+ innovation portfolios
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with peer-reviewed research
- Experience with ISO 27001, NIST AI RMF, and ethical tech governance
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
