Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Define and lead the execution of a comprehensive 5-year technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives and market trends.
- Drive AI Innovation: Spearhead R&D initiatives in Generative AI and Large Language Models to enhance product capabilities and operational efficiency.
- Evaluate Emerging Tech: Identify and assess disruptive technologies (e.g., AR/VR, Blockchain, Edge Computing) to determine their potential for integration into our ecosystem.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with key technology partners, startups, and research institutions to foster innovation.
- Executive Communication: Translate complex technical strategies into clear, compelling narratives for the board of directors and executive stakeholders.
- Innovation Labs: Establish and oversee an internal 'Future Tech Lab' dedicated to prototyping and validating next-generation concepts.
- Risk Management: Monitor global technology landscapes and regulatory shifts to mitigate risks and capitalize on new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strategic Leadership: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering leadership roles, with a focus on long-term planning.
- Future-Proofing: Proven track record of defining and executing roadmaps for 2026 and beyond with successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of AI, Cloud Architecture, SaaS ecosystems, and emerging software paradigms.
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to diverse stakeholders, ranging from engineers to C-suite executives.
