Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and evaluating emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Monitor global technology trends and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover advantages
- Drive pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with measurable ROI and scalability
- Mentor internal talent and build a culture of innovation within the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or similar advanced certification
