Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overarching technology strategy and roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year and beyond.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing, AR/VR) to determine viability and integration paths.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align future tech initiatives with core business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to prototype next-generation solutions.
- Present strategic insights, forecasts, and project updates to key stakeholders and the board of directors.
- Identify potential strategic partnerships and M&A opportunities in the tech ecosystem to accelerate our 2026 vision.
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous innovation and disruptive thinking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or IT consulting.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling future-proof technologies in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech paradigms expected to mature by 2026.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
