As a key member of our Strategy & Innovation team, you'll leverage predictive analytics, scenario modeling, and cross-industry collaboration to identify high-impact opportunities. You'll work directly with C-suite executives to develop adaptive strategies that position us as industry leaders in an evolving landscape.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological trajectories to forecast 2026 market conditions
- Develop scenario-based models for strategic planning and risk mitigation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future readiness initiatives
- Produce executive briefings on disruptive technologies and their business implications
- Collaborate with R&D teams to validate future-focused innovation pipelines
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic indicators affecting long-term strategy
- Present findings to board members with data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or technology analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex insights
- Track record of influencing C-level strategic decisions
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
