- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across enterprise divisions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping futuristic solutions with pilot programs
- Present visionary insights to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for trend forecasting
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for responsible tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy/innovation with proven impact in tech or consulting
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Track record of launching future-focused initiatives (quantum, AGI, or climate tech preferred)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFtp) or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or innovation strategy deliverables
