Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional labs exploring neural interfaces and synthetic biology applications
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation with ESG and sustainability targets
- Curate global think tanks and hackathons for breakthrough ideation
- Develop patent portfolios for emerging tech in climate resilience and space exploration
- Mentor next-gen engineers in exponential technology principles
- Present strategic foresight to Fortune 500 clients and government bodies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in exponential technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Systems Biology
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech paradigms
- Proven track record scaling moonshot projects from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and gene editing
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., WFS) or similar foresight methodology
