Our Austin headquarters features a 50,000 sq ft quantum-lab and neuro-VR immersion suites where tomorrow's breakthroughs become today's reality.
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 innovation roadmap integrating quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neuro-interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale breakthrough technologies
- Establish industry-first partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and academic research institutions
- Drive commercialization of emerging tech through agile development cycles
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Manage $15M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computational Biology, or equivalent emerging tech field
- 10+ years leading R&D teams at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in Nature/Science on 2026-relevant technologies
- Proven track record commercializing at least 2 breakthrough innovations
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging tech (FDA, FCC, ISO 20700)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
