Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and climate tech innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions with industry partners
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends disrupting global markets
- Present strategic forecasts to stakeholders using data-driven scenario modeling
- Design ethical frameworks for deploying advanced autonomous systems
- Collaborate with R&D to commercialize breakthrough technologies
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles within tech/consulting
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technology disruption
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for AI and biotechnology
- Strong network within innovation ecosystems (VCs, academia, NGOs)
