Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market evolution
- Analyze emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for 2026 market demands
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present visionary frameworks to stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Oversee ethical and regulatory compliance for emerging technologies
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology innovation or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI/ML, quantum, Web3, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (preferred)
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management
