- Manage $2M+ R&D budget for experimental technologies and moonshot projects
- Mentor next-gen innovators in our Future Foundry incubator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record launching products with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in exponential technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Certification in futures methodology (e.g., foresight, horizon scanning)
- Public speaking experience at global tech summits (TED, Web Summit, etc.)
- Published thought leadership on disruptive transformation
- Advanced degree in technology, engineering, or futurism
- Portfolio of 3+ breakthrough innovations scaled to market
