Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Computational Physics
- 10+ years in strategic innovation roles with Fortune 500 or NASA/SpaceX-level entities
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics (IEEE/Nature)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP, Delphi Method)
- Track record of launching 3+ tech ventures with >$10M ARR
- Security clearance (Top Secret) or equivalent government partnership experience
