- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Design and facilitate future scenario planning workshops for key stakeholders
- Build and nurture an ecosystem of external innovators, researchers, and thought leaders

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
