Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year innovation roadmaps by identifying and forecasting disruptive technologies

- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Deliver executive briefings on future trends and their business implications
- Drive organizational adoption of futurist methodologies across product development
- Author thought leadership reports on technological singularity and human-machine evolution
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong data visualization and narrative communication skills
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFM, CFP) preferred
- Published work on technological forecasting or innovation strategy
