Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present strategic foresight briefings to executives and investors with data-backed recommendations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and startups shaping 2026's technological landscape
- Design and implement organizational frameworks for rapid adaptation to future disruptions
- Oversee the '2026 Vision Lab' - a dedicated R&D incubator for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, Web3, sustainable tech) with published thought leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience developing multi-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
- Track record of launching at least 3 successful future-focused initiatives
