Responsibilities

- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on future-proofing organizational strategy
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in virtual ecosystems
- Curate and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and thought leaders
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business opportunities
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
