Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies through 2026-2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients in AI, climate tech, and space exploration
- Host executive foresight workshops with C-suite stakeholders
- Author quarterly trend briefings published in Future Forward journal
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global tech summits (Davos, Web Summit)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech disruption
- Proficiency in trend analysis frameworks (Delphi, STEEP)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex futures scenarios
- Track record of implementing foresight insights into commercial strategies
