Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying emerging tech trends and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum AI, biotech convergence, and autonomous systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Drive prototyping and validation of next-gen solutions in our innovation lab
- Mentor a team of futurists and technical architects
- Author thought leadership reports on 2026 technology horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism roles
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, or sustainable tech
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management across C-suite, investors, and technical teams
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
