Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications through 2030
- Develop and present strategic foresight scenarios to guide product development and corporate strategy
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Analyze geopolitical and socioeconomic trends to identify transformational opportunities
- Create executive-ready visualizations of future landscapes and strategic pathways
- Champion innovation culture through thought leadership and internal workshops
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futures research with demonstrable impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi, trend analysis)
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial opportunities
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their disruptive potential
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leader in futurism or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
