Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech and societal trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating quantum, AI, and biotech innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready initiatives
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives
- Identify disruptive business models and partnership opportunities in emerging sectors
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal future intelligence network
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation roles
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futures publications
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping projects
