Responsibilities

- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Author industry-defining whitepapers and thought leadership on future of work, climate tech, and human augmentation
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, academic researchers, and startup founders
- Advose on ethical frameworks for emerging technologies and AI governance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, climate tech, biotechnology, or quantum computing
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills (portfolio required)
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, Business Strategy, or related field
