Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in quantum AI and biotech convergence
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology) to create competitive moats
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Present futuristic frameworks to Fortune 500 clients and government entities
- Establish industry thought leadership through white papers and keynote presentations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven impact on future-oriented initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier tech publications
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to market-ready solutions
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ breakthrough innovations implemented post-2020
