- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of forward-thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends and systemic impact analysis
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP, CFP) strongly preferred
