- Produce annual 'Future Horizon' reports mapping quantum/AI/biotech convergence points
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-gen interfaces for 2026 user experiences
- Establish ethical guardrails for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and tech policy summits
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Published research on quantum computing or AI societal impacts preferred
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation labs
- Deep understanding of UN Sustainable Development Goals 2030 alignment
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) required
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ future-strategy implementations
