- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 strategic innovation roadmap aligned with long-term corporate objectives
- Anticipate emerging technologies, regulatory shifts, and market disruptions through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors with quantifiable impact projections
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation maturity and ROI for future-focused initiatives
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and emerging tech startups
- Author annual 'State of the Future' reports influencing $500M+ R&D allocation decisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of successfully launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with ability to translate complex scenarios into executive insights
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related technical field
