Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural shifts to identify 2026 market disruptors using proprietary predictive analytics
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into executable innovation initiatives
- Author quarterly Horizon Reports distributed to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Establish thought leadership through keynote presentations at Davos-level conferences
- Mentor a team of 3 junior futurists using our patent-pending foresight methodology
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in trend analysis or strategy consulting with Fortune 500 clients
- Proven track record of accurately forecasting market shifts (portfolio required)
- Expertise in AI-driven forecasting tools and quantitative trend modeling
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex data into executive narratives
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent tier
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
