Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market trends, and societal shifts to develop strategic roadmaps for 2026 and beyond
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing and implementing innovative solutions for complex future scenarios
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-focused insights into corporate strategy
- Develop and maintain a network of industry experts, thought leaders, and innovation partners
- Create compelling visualizations and presentations to communicate future visions to stakeholders
- Oversee the development of prototype technologies and validate their market readiness
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Technology, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and strategic modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and sustainable systems
