Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global trends in AI, biotech, and sustainable technology through 2026+
- Develop actionable strategic frameworks for clients navigating exponential change
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating futurist insights into MVPs
- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Curate and host high-impact symposia on the future of work and society
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, patents, and TED-style talks
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging methodologies and foresight frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic consulting, innovation, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts with 85%+ accuracy
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leader in futurist publications (e.g., Futures, Foresight Journal)
- Fluency in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable impact
