- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-oriented business priorities
- Author forward-looking thought leadership publications and executive presentations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Establish KPIs to track strategic evolution and adaptation to future paradigms
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight domains
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) strongly preferred
