Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps aligned with future disruption scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic innovations into development pipelines
- Deliver keynote presentations and thought leadership at global industry forums
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into successful business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite executives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in scenario planning methodologies
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation teams
