Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, quantum computing) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for emerging markets and technologies
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Author thought leadership publications and industry forecasts
- Build and manage a global network of futurist and academic collaborators
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) strongly preferred
