As a cornerstone of our executive strategy team, you'll collaborate with C-suite leaders to identify disruptive technologies, societal shifts, and market opportunities that will redefine industries by 2026. You'll translate complex future scenarios into actionable strategies while fostering a culture of innovation across global teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology, social, and economic disruptions
- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps incorporating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable innovation
- Facilitate executive workshops to align leadership on future-state scenarios
- Establish KPI frameworks to track progress toward 2026 strategic objectives
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate future-focused initiatives
- Author forward-looking thought leadership and scenario-planning documents
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Experience developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in futures studies or strategic foresight (e.g., CFCS)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio of published futurism research or thought leadership
