Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year horizon scanning frameworks identifying paradigm-shifting technologies (quantum AI, biointegration, neural interfaces)
- Produce executive-level trend briefings for boardrooms on 2026 workforce and market evolution
- Design scenario-planning models for climate adaptation and resource scarcity challenges
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into corporate innovation pipelines
- Author white papers on ethical AI governance and human-machine symbiosis
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen customer experience interfaces
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Cognitive Science
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting at Fortune 100 level
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published thought leadership on 4th Industrial Revolution impacts
- Proficiency in scenario modeling tools (STELLA, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience advising on regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
- Certification in Futures Methodology (AFS) or equivalent
