Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026-2030 technology foresight reports with data-driven market predictions
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating quantum, AI, and biotech convergence points
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future tech adoption strategies
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Create governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and responsible innovation
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and Board of Directors for strategic decision-making
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and geopolitical impacts on innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Impact Assessment preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with data visualization and scenario modeling
- Experience presenting complex future scenarios to executive audiences
- Portfolio published foresight reports or white papers required
