Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 strategic roadmaps for emerging tech domains including AGI, synthetic biology, and spatial computing
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ global innovation ecosystems
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Quantify market opportunities for next-generation technologies
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published research or patents in future technologies preferred
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Master's degree in relevant field (PhD/MBA strongly preferred)
