Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks translating future scenarios into actionable business plans
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with emerging megatrends
- Author thought leadership publications and executive briefings on future-ready business models
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops with cross-functional teams on innovation pathways
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and sociocultural signals impacting long-term business viability
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications or journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from foresight organizations)
