Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for quantum computing adoption, AI ethics, and climate tech integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state operational models
- Produce annual 'Horizon Reports' with quantifiable risk assessments and innovation roadmaps
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions in our Innovation Lab
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology forecasting (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience with strategic planning in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused strategic initiatives
